Our proprietary coaching methodologies help ensure that you experience tremendous growth throughout our 12 week program. Most importantly, we are committed to providing you with the tools and accountability structure needed to be successful on your own AFTER our work is done.
Our health and wellness coaching program provides a structured approach to improvement across FOUR crucial components of wellness: Mental & Emotional, Spiritual, Social, and Physical. Our Health and Wellness coaching is a 12 week journey. This program is intended to create sustainable changes in your life through mental shifts, emotional breakthroughs and habit changes.
During your weekly 1:1 session, your coach will help you overcome obstacles, celebrate victories and brainstorm solutions! Your sessions are highly personalized, so each client’s journey through the program will be different. Meet Our Coaches
Coach Christina Williamson, MBA, PhD
After successfully losing over 130 lbs without surgery, or starvation, Christina was inspired to create a comprehensive wellness program called “Change is Possible.” Change is Possible is built on 12 practical principles that anyone can learn to become healthier and transform their life. The program combines Dr. Christina’s transformational leadership expertise and weight loss experience. Dr. Christina is also a certified Schwinn Fitness Instructor.
Coach Heather Boarders, MBA, RD
After a personal experience with addressing high cholesterol through diet, Heather Borders was inspired to help individuals devise strategies to overcome the common challenges associated with implementing sustainable lifestyle changes. As a Registered Dietitian, her clinical interests include gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight management.
